Xcode 26+ or xtool with iOS 26+ SDK
Rust (NeoSpring and airlift)
Swift 6+ (Untested with older, may work) macOS 15.6 Sequoia+ or Ubuntu 22.04+

HotLoad and updates

HotLoad caches mobile safety rules for offline use. Settings includes its master switch, manual rule refresh and update checks. Available mobile releases appear on Home and in Settings with release notes and IPA links; install the IPA with your sideloading tool. See rule format and behavior.
